Our Two-Tier Mentoring Programme
1. Specialist Career Pathway Mentors
As a Specialist Career Pathway Mentor, you will support individuals in navigating their career journey. Through group mentoring sessions, you will provide career advice, industry insights, and practical guidance on employability, progression, and professional development.
We’re currently seeking mentors with expertise in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Outdoor Services
- Facilities Management
- Property Management
- Mechanical Engineering
- Hospitality
2. Holistic Mentors
As a Holistic Mentor, you’ll provide one-to-one support to help individuals build confidence, strengthen resilience, and develop essential life skills. This type of mentoring focuses on personal well-being, goal setting, and overcoming challenges beyond career progression.
By becoming a Holistic Mentor, you’ll not only support applicants to the Inspiring Hopes and Dreams programme, but also help empower the women and girls of the Inspiring Leadership Foundation, many of whom face significant barriers in their lives.
